Crowning Point, a mission-driven company dedicated to empowering women at all levels, has partnered with Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology to bring an exceptional Women’s Executive Leadership Program.

This program is a 54-hour program consisting of nine online courses. Participants meet once a week for a 2-hr session. Courses are facilitator-led and offer guided discussions, practical exercises, and projects to empower participants with the opportunity to practice and apply new concepts, knowledge, and techniques learned.

This custom program is specifically designed to support women in the workplace. This program prepares participants with the knowledge, soft skills, and tools needed to create value for their teams, drive change in their organizations, and further their advancement in leadership.

What is the cost of the program?

Total Program Fee is $4,900 plus a $20 Registration Fee and a 3% Online Transaction Fee. (Books are included)

Is there the attendance policy?

Participant should be present for all training session except when participant is sick or in case of an emergency. If the Participant has 3 or more absences, or does not complete the Capstone Project Assignment, Participant will not receive the Certificate of Completion, Digital Badge Credential and Continuing Education Credits. Participants must notify the Course Facilitator in writing via email, when they are not able to attend a training session.

What is the online learning method?

Crowning Point applies a comprehensive approach through structured interaction to create a dynamic learning environment. This Program supports a safe environment where one can speak openly and freely to support the learning process within the Cohort. The Program supports a learning environment that is nonjudgmental. Trust, mutual assistance, willingness to participate, and learning reinforcement all take place with each component contributing to the learning environment in a positive way. Participants agree to:

What are technical requirements?

Participants will need access to a laptop or desktop, access an email, Zoom and latest version of their preferred browser. In addition, Microsoft Office and a PDF viewer are required to access documents, spreadsheets, and PDF files.

The Empower Circle

The Women’s Executive Leadership Program has an option to include the Empower Program. This program includes 3 – one hour Group Sessions with a Crowning Coach after completion of the Career Accelerator Certification Program.

A Crowning Coach creates an Empower Team Circle within the organization. The Empower Circle is a space for women to stay connected. Empower group sessions offer members opportunities to discuss goals, offer encouragement, and set action plans to take on strategic assignments and projects to enhance their personal effectiveness and visibility within their organization.

Empower Circles share company vision and culture. They strengthen social bonds between team members, improves morale and productivity, and creates momentum within the organization. When you leverage the team’s strengths and develop their capabilities, it creates positive results!

Program Sessions:

Ready. Set. Goal! – How confident are you in your ability to set goals and follow through with a plan to progress toward them? In this goal-setting session, participants examine elements of realistic and achievable growth goals and receive methods to help them pursue their goals, stay on track, and be successful. 

Words of Worth – Confidence starts from within. This session is designed to challenge oneself and their thinking, change their mindset, silence the inner critic, and work towards mastering everyday confidence. Participants will explore situations, language, and self-talk that can challenge their confidence and review techniques to create an IMPACT within themselves, their teams, and their organizations. 

Amplify Your Accomplishments – In today’s professional landscape, exceptional performance alone is not enough to ensure a successful and thriving career. When women downplay their talents, it can result in missed opportunities for both personal growth and organizational success. This insightful session is designed to equip participants with practical tips and useful tools to confidently showcase their unique abilities and talents within their organizations. 

Kick Glass – Participants will analyze the vital characteristics of presence, body language, confidence, and credibility that demonstrate an executive presence. Participants will also explore and discuss how the importance of clear communication, engaging with team members, and building a diverse network, plays a major role in one’s success in leadership. 

 

AccountABILITY – this session centers on developing an understanding of emotions and feelings. It is an awareness of the physical, emotional, and psychological self. Participants will identify and improve each area through various cognitive learning styles. Self-awareness helps improve self-control and personal accountability, reduces procrastination, and heightens mood management. 

Power Beyond Measure – Examines challenges women face in leadership and identifies strengths that can be leveraged for growth opportunities. This interactive session highlights the unique strengths women bring to leadership that can be harnessed to create inclusive and collaborative work environments that foster creativity and productivity. 

She’s Not Your Competition – Incorporates discussions about the underlying causes of conflict, comparison, and competition among women. By understanding these root causes, participants will gain insights into how these dynamics can impact their personal and professional lives. Participants will review strategies and techniques to effectively address and resolve conflicts and explore ways to build strong networks and collaborations that foster unity and support. 

The Negotiation Advantage – Reviews the essentials of negotiation techniques and takes participants through a series of activities and techniques that revolve around customer and supplier negotiations, hiring practices, and salary negotiations. As a result, participants are better prepared for negotiating success. 

 

Crowning Point is a proud vendor of ESC-Region 19 Purchasing (Allied States Cooperative) a national governmental purchasing cooperative. The Allied States Cooperative is a national governmental purchasing cooperative that bids and awards contracts to vendors at every level that complies with local, state, and federal procurement laws and regulations. The focus is on contracts available to public schools, charter schools, private schools, community colleges, universities, cities, counties, other governmental agencies, and nonprofits.
